Welcome to my Website.  This is a place to share thoughts on beating stress.  I thought I'd start with one thought - much of our stress comes from our own self-defeating thinking.  Many of us get discouraged easily when we cannot seem to overcome a bad habit, or as much as we try we cannot seem to succeed at some task or in an attitude we harbor. 

Avoid "failure" thinking!  Never say "I have failed."  Always state with confidence  "I have not yet succeeded" and keep trying.  You will de-personalize the situation and be your own best cheerleader.  Eventually you WILL succeed.   Bob
